Delivery Time

Note: We prepare your product within 24-48 hours and it will be shipped within 30 - 60 hours. Some product can extend up to above designated time.  Delivery time depends on our courier partner.

  1. Each product has specific shipping timelines listed on the respective product pages. Our standard delivery time is 5-9 working days after shipping, depending on the location. Express Delivery Timelines is 3-5 days, depending upon the location.

  2. For orders shipped via a specific delivery partner or location, the delivery time may extend to 9-12 working days, depending on the location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

We offer only prepaid shipping:

  • Free Prepaid Shipping: For orders with a minimum value of Rs. 499, shipping is free.

  • Prepaid Shipping for Orders Below Rs. 499: Orders below Rs. 499 will incur a shipping charge of Rs. 60.

  • We also have Partial COD option, in which you only have to pay 99 rupees and rest at the time of delivery. Partial COD is available on the Cart Value below 2000 indian rupees only.

Note: We do not offer 100% COD (Cash on Delivery). As a startup dedicated to providing quality products and top-notch customer support, we aim for a win-win situation. If the customer does not accept the order, the losses we incur include not only the product cost but also both delivery and return shipping charges. We appreciate your understanding.

Failed Delivery

Our courier partner will make 1-2 attempts to deliver your order. If you reject the delivery or are unavailable to receive it, we are not liable for any return or refund. For assistance, please email us at care@happyprintclub.com.

You can request a reattempt by covering the shipping and return-to-origin (RTO) fee of ₹200 if the product value is less than ₹1,000. Once the payment is confirmed, we will process and reship your order.

Please note, for customized products, cancellations or returns are not allowed. You will be responsible for 100% of the product cost if the delivery cannot be completed.
