Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation

  • Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their order within 3 hours of placing it by emailing support@happyprintclub.com with the subject line "Cancel - order no."
  • Refund Process: The refund amount will be credited to the HappyPrintClub wallet or the coupon will be shared for that value.
  • Refund Timeline: Refund processing time is 24 to 48 hours. It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's bank account. For refunds to the HPC wallet, the amount will reflect within 12 hours and can be used for future orders. 

Cancellation of Shipped Orders

  • Post-Shipping Cancellation: If the customer requests to cancel the order after it has been shipped, 80% of the order value will be deducted. The remaining amount will be credited to the HappyPrintClub wallet or the coupon will be shared for that value. If it is a Customised product, then 90-95% of the order value will be deducted.
  • Deduction Reason: The deduction covers material, labor charges, and packaging expenses incurred by the company.

Cancellation of Customized Products

  • Customised Product Cancellation: If the cancellation is requested after the initial of within 4-hour window, 60% of the order value will be deducted. The remaining amount will be credited to the HappyPrintClub wallet or the coupon will be shared for that value.
  • Reason for Higher Deduction: Customized products are tailored specifically to the customer's needs and cannot be reused, resulting in additional expenses for the company upon cancellation.

Cancellation of Pre-Order Products

  • Pre-Order Cancellation: If the cancellation is requested after placing the order, 50% of the order value will be deducted. The remaining amount will be credited to the HappyPrintClub wallet or the source account.
  • Reason for Deduction: Pre-order products are specifically catered to the customer's needs, leading to additional expenses for the company upon cancellation.

Cancellation of Metal Posters

  • Metal Poster Cancellation: If the cancellation is requested after the initial 4-hour window, 50% of the order value will be deducted. The remaining amount will be credited to the HappyPrintClub wallet or the source account.

Cancellation of Desk Mats, mouse pads, Fridge Magnets

  • Desk Mat Cancellation: If the cancellation is requested after the initial 4-hour window, 50% of the order value will be deducted. The remaining amount will be credited to the HappyPrintClub wallet or the source account.

International Orders

  • Initial Cancellation: A refund can be processed to the HappyPrintClub wallet or the source account if international orders are canceled within 4 hours.
  • Post-4-Hour Cancellation: If the cancellation is requested after 4 hours or if the order has already been shipped, only 20% of the order value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable for cancellations made after 4 hours or for shipped orders.

Important Note: We charge a higher deduction fee for customized products because they are made specifically for each customer and cannot be reused if canceled. Therefore, cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order may qualify for a partial refund. However, after the order has shipped or post-4-hour cancellations, we cannot offer return or refund services.
